Charlotte is a triathlete from Auckland New Zealand training at a very high level recovering from an injury 4-5 months ago aiming to place well at worlds in 2 months! She is also a PICU nurse, this is discussed a bit as well covering the stress and how to take yourself out of a stressful environment mentally. I found I learnt a huge amount about relaxing and just not stressing from this episode, whether it's on the start line or during hard times.
